The new four-storey building is located in Berlin Pankow in the district Niederschönhausen. On a plot size of around 1,800 m², the building blends in with the neighborhood with regard to use and construction. The open spaces are divided into four areas: The drive way with the garbage place, the entrance areas with front gardens directly at the building in the north, the tenants' gardens in the south and the fire brigade path way / playground in the south and the adjoining play strip. In close cooperation with the client high-quality and easy-care perennials and grasses were chosen for the plant beds. The front gardens, the terraces south of the tenant gardens and the other plantations consist of varied perennials and grasses of different plant heights. The terraces have a barrier-free access from the apartments. The children's play area is equipped with a swing, a sand play bordered with wooden planks, spring riders and wobbling pedestals. The fire brigade area also serves as a playground and sunbathing area. The garbage point north of the building is clad with wooden slats.
