Along the street "Am Schloßpark" a four-storey residential building was built. It is located in the district of Pankow-Niederschönhausen and can be found south of the Garden Schloßpark Niederschönhausen and west of the municipal open-air swimming pool Pankow in a green area.
The planning of the residential building followed the given height and scale of the neighbouring buildings. Residents benefit from the openness of the building towards the park.
The area of the courtyard is divided into the tenants gardens directly on the building, the playground in the "grove”, the lawn und the forst-like plantings at the edges. Roofed garbage points and bicycle stands are available. Due to the quiet location of the property, terraces in the street-side tenants' gardens were built. They are barrier-free and can be individually designed by the residents. These tenants gardens are edged with plantations of perennials and grasses and a 40 cm high pedestal board. The playground in the grove is also marked-off from the sidewalk by perennials and grasses.
